Thanks for the subscription to Woman to Woman. I enjoy the articles and hearing of your activities. Also,it was great to get the Praline Roll recipe. It sounds like a lot of work but it will be well worth the effort. It was delicious when you served it at the party! I will save it for a very special occasion. |

First of all I want to thank all of you for helping me with something that I have had trouble with for many years. I have a PDI in my life who has made me miserable over and over. It is a family member who I have struggled with for so long and felt like there was nothing I could do to resolve the situation. Finally!! When I listened to Woman to Woman radio just this afternoon for the first time and listened to Dr. K it felt like such a weight was lifted off of me! Thank goodness. I just can’t put into words how much better I feel already. That is why I’m emailing you. I am requesting the booklet “taking control-healthy boundaries”. I can’t wait to get this and read it and start the healing process.
Thank you again.

I just logged onto your web sight and wow - what a great sight. Congradulations! I am part of a Christian book club now and will share some of the books you have suggested with our ladies. Thank you so much for all your efforts on behalf of the Women's retreats. I mentor 80 women in our St. John Rochester MOPS group and they have been talking about and inviting me to join them at the retreat for YEARS ! Oh, why did I wait so long. I was blessed. The two statements from Dr. Swenson that I have used often and give me great peace are: 1. "All of life is Grace." 2. "Your mission is the person in front of you." Such comfort for those young moms who only see little faces day after day and wonder what their purpose is in life. I pray that you never retire and that God continues to use those retreats to His glory. Joy in Jesus. Jan Boldt |

I listen to your show every Sunday on my way to work. It is so encouraging. I am having some serious issues with my credit. But first let me tell you about myself. I got married at 15 and by the age of 19 my husband had introduced drugs in my life as a way to lose weight. Needless to say it ended up controling my life. After several years of addiction I ended up in prison for 2 years on drug charges. Since then I have been out for 3 years, I am a full time college student majoring in psychology to become a substance abuse counselor. I have been in school for 2 years, I am also a full time employee for a substance abuse facility in Tulsa. Which I travel from Muskogee 3 days a week and work 16 hour shifts so I can go to school. About 2 years ago I ended up losing my colon due to drug use, I was only 28 years old at the time. I was off of work for awhile, lost my new car, and got behind on some bills. Due to all this my husband and I have paid dearly because our credit is ruined. I don't understand the whole process of fixing your credit. No I am not 100,000 dollars in debt, but I feel as if I might as well be. All I know is I want to fix this problem and I need some help to figure it out. So I am asking if there is any way you could help me. I have worked so hard to turn my life around and it is very difficult to be completly focused on what I am doing knowing my credit is in bad shape. Please help!! Thanks so much for you inspiring words every Sunday, they make 16 hour shifts seem possible.. Kelli Clodfelter |
